The buffet breakfast had a good variety (I especially enjoyed the pastries). The shower room was a good size. The room included an excellent choice of refreshments, and the bottled water was a great bonus.
There was no soundproofing in the room. People in the room above made so much noise from midnight until 2.30 am. I called reception at 1 am. Staff assured me they would deal with it, yet the noise still continued.

untidy changing roommalfunctioning jets
the spa was disappointing. the changing room was a mess with towels all over the floor. many jets in the hydrotherapy pool weren't working (which was annoying). the stone beds near the jacuzzi door were not a relaxing place.

i found the reception staff super friendly and happy to help in any way they could. the room itself was big and spacious and i enjoyed having hot drink making facilities in the room. the shower had a decent pressure and the bedding was super comfy, i appreciated the ability to control the air flow of the room.
the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel rooms could be improved, i think. i did notice hair floating in the pool, raising some concerns about cleanliness standards in that area. i hope they address these issues .

the hotel's proximity to the arena meant a short, convenient walk of about two minutes to the venue. the hotel is near several restaurants.

the room was well equipped and everything was in proper working order. the bed was quiet and very wide and i slept well. there were freeview channels on the tv. the room included hot chocolate.

the hotel staff were helpful and friendly which enhanced my stay. the quality of food was good. i ordered room service at 11 at night and it arrived within 20 minutes. the mobile network coverage looked to be good throughout the building
